Prescriptions

You can order repeat medication or medication you take on a permanent basis but is not on repeat in the following ways –

1. Leave a message on our answering machine (option 1) with full details – Name, Date of Birth, Contact Telephone Number, Medication Required & pharmacy you wish to collect.
2. Complete a re-order slip and hand into reception allowing 2 working days, or posted into the practice, if you enclose a SAE we will post your prescription back to you, (allow 4-5 working days).
3. Arrange with your pharmacy to order on your behalf.

Please allow 48 hours for your prescription to be ready for collection from the surgery and longer if collecting from your pharmacy.
